The mountains have been my home since I was a child. I have such first memories of guiding – when people “from the world” came to us for vacation or holidays, I would sometimes take them, as befits a resolute toddler, on a trip to Luboń or at least to Polana, as we simply called Polana Surówki.
I am completely serious when I say that I spent a great time with the elementary school kids looking for geological curiosities in the Homole Gorge, as well as with a group of seniors visiting the churches of the Lemko region and indulging in deep, serious conversations on important topics.
I am a licensed Beskid and Tatra guide. When hiking with me in the mountains, you focus primarily on the safety of your trip. Since you are on this page, you probably know that the mountains can have a dangerous face. They often verify our plans. The years of training and experience that I have behind me are your safety capital. Take advantage of it and hike safely. I am also a guiding instructor. I train and examine future mountain guides, as well as city and field guides, with great satisfaction.
I fulfill my passion in the Tatras, the Beskids, and increasingly also in the Alps and Dolomites. I especially love the mountains of Slovakia. Not only the highest ones, I love the Malá and Velka Fatra. I often visit the Low Tatras and the Slovak Paradise. It is great to hike in the mysterious Levoca Mountains. I like climbing in our southern neighbors (they have a lot of diverse areas there), and I also like to visit Slovak via ferratas.
The mountains, as I know them and as I want to share them with you, are full of possibilities. I can't imagine a better way to spend my free time than exploring this fascinating land. I cordially invite you to my home.
Single photo tells whole story

After my first mountain guide course this photo was printed on the poster that would be seen in every mountain place in Poland. I was so proud of that.
On that photo we're learning the topography of Western Tatras. Which is the most common activity when you're on the course for a mountain guide.
